Name: Daniel R. LewisFrom: San Diego, California, USA
Also goes by: Dreamscape, DJ Stratus
Years Active: 1995 - 2003
Labels: Argon, Circuit*, Flex Records*, Human Imprint Recordings, Incident, Sonix, Subtitles, SuperCell Records, Xenon, 5HQ Recordings*
Styles: Drum and Bass, Jungle, Techstep, Breakbeat
Notes: 1. Launched SuperCell Records with Corbin Dooley in the mid 1990s. The label is no longer active.
*2. Some confusion over if there is more than one "Stratus" drum and bass producer. The "Negative / Countdown" single is also produced by a "DJ Stratus", but on the face of that record, the credits indicate the producer's name is J. Nigwall. Also, the credits on the Acetate & Stratus "Touch / Come With Me" record indicate a J. Nighthall (typo?) as a producer. Could this be a different Stratus? Also, it is unclear if "System Operation", "Raid 99", and "Explosion Imminent" are Daniel Lewis's tracks or J. Nigwall's / Nighthall's. (Need clarification). See starred labels above as well. Tracks that are in question were released under these labels.

(These tracks were mentioned on a Russian web site as being a part of Stratus's discography. "Angels" is also mentioned on the Dogs on Acid forum as an unsigned track. I tried searching for these tracks online, however, they are no where to be found. It could be they are very rare or unreleased tracks, or simply tracks that have been mistakenly believed to be created by Stratus. At this point, it's difficult to know).
* These tracks need clarification. (Are these by D. Lewis or J. Nigwall / Nighthall? Is there more than one Stratus? If there is more than one, which Stratus produced these starred tracks?)
